"We have had an annual service contract with Krafft for over 30 years. Yes, over 30 years. Jeff is great. Always pleased, they recently outdid themselves. Our 57 year old house (and ductwork) could not keep the top floor cool without freezing downstairs. We asked for a special consult / sales visit. J. Krafft spent over 2 hours checking this and that, and doing some math. He explained what could be changed for free, for hundreds, and for thousands. The free change completely solved the imbalance problem! Since we already had a variable speed fan motor, run the fan 24/7 (and close this door and keep top floor doors open). We always had fan linked to a/c. Who knew? Krafft knew.

"We solicited bids from four companies to replace our entire HVAC system in our home, and selected Krafft Service because of price and their reputation on Angie's List and Yelp. The installation was scheduled and completed as agreed, and the job site was clean when the team left. We had some problems with the condensation drain line (already in place), which caused the coil to not work properly, making the house very hot. Krafft's scheduler, M. Swanger, sent two different staff members to fix the problem, but the coil would still not operate effectively. Jay Krafft (the owner) sent the company's Operations Manager, who replaced the entire coil and set a plan to permanently fix the problem, with a very creative solution from Jay Krafft himself. Today, all works perfectly, and we could not be happier with the service, our new HVAC system, and the professional team from Krafft Service. Highly recommended."

Our experience with Krafft was quick, courteous, and effective. No complaints.

They charge a flat rate diagnostic fee (a charge to basically walk in your front door) but that's pretty standard when dealing with a HVAC service.
